My items are handmade and may differ slightly from the item pictured. This is unavoidable. However, I take pride in my work and strive to make the highest quality products possible.
I apologize for not accepting refunds, but I'll exchange any merchandise you are unhappy with. Just ship it back in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Please allow 3 business days before item is shipped. Please be aware of the difference between shipping and handling times. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation, which allows you to check the status of your order. If a tracking number was not automatically given to you, you may ask for one at any time. In certain cases, tracking may not be available.
All merchandise is shipped USPS (as economic as possible) unless otherwise specified or when circumstances require an alternate method. Recycled shipping materials are used whenever possible. Gift wrapping available free of charge upon request.
